Website Restructure, Messaging Strategy, and UX Consulting

We collaborated with Mercku to elevate their digital presence and help the brand communicate its innovation in a way that resonates with both enterprise buyers and everyday users. From strategy to execution, this was a project about clarity, design, and better storytelling.

Mercku builds powerful mesh Wi-Fi systems trusted around the world, but their brand message wasn’t keeping up. The website felt overly technical, the content was product-first instead of customer-first, and their marketing stack lacked cohesion.

Our work started with strategy. We dug into Mercku’s global presence and identified a gap: while the tech was impressive, the story wasn’t connecting with non-technical buyers. We rewrote their messaging to shift from specs to benefits: speed, reliability, and elegance, in language anyone could understand.

From there, we redesigned their site structure and created modular content blocks that speak to both enterprise and consumer audiences. The UX was simplified, the visuals sharpened, and the copy tuned to reflect Mercku’s bold innovation.

We also consulted on funnel optimization and analytics setup, helping their team better understand where visitors drop off and where they convert. While not a full performance marketing engagement, this strategic layer gave Mercku the clarity to scale on their own terms.

Today, their site reflects what the product always has: premium performance without the complexity.
